Important! If you purchase hCG from this company, they are currently sending dosing syringes that are of an ODD-SIZE – the traditional mixing and dosing tutorials online will not work for these, so I have created a tutorial to show you how to mix and dose for these odd-sized syringes from Fast Escrow Refills.
Tutorial: Mix and Dose your hCG with hCG kit from Escrow Refills
Escrow Refills carries real prescription hCG that is made and shipped from overseas. This is separate from the 3 different U.S. hCG companies that I currently recommend on my main recommendations for HCG Injections Page. It’s up to you what you feel most comfortable with – overseas hCG or U.S. made hCG. I believe in people having choices, so I present these to you here on my blog for you to compare and to choose what is the right option in your situation.
I have used the hormone from this company for 4 of my 5 rounds with great success in the past. I have tested every single vial I’ve ever used from them with a pregnancy test and it has always tested positive, as well as many hundreds and hundreds of people who have ordered through me that I’ve never received a complaint from.
Overseas hormone like this is the most inexpensive option for doing the weight loss protocol with the real hormone, so if pricepoint is the most important factor for you, Fast Escrow Refills is the company for you.
The hormone comes in powder form (as any hCG you purchase that is said to be prescription should) and can be mixed to use either for HCG injections or drops, sometimes known as sublingual hCG. With any type of hCG drops that claims to be real pharmaceutical hCG, at least as far as I know, it should not be purchased pre-mixed. The hCG goes bad very quickly if it’s not kept refrigerated at all times once it’s been mixed for use.
The hCG powder/tablet will have an expiration date on the bottle- usually at least 1 year, if not 2 or 3 years out. Once you mix the hormone however, you will need to use it up usually within about 3 weeks before it loses it’s potency significantly.
For Injections
43 day round of hCG you need: 2 vials of 5000iu hCG + one 43 day injections mixing kit (for use with 5000 iu vial sizes, not 2000iu vials)
23 day round of hCG you need: 1 vial of 5000iu hCG + one 23 day injections mixing kit (for use with 5000 iu vial sizes, not 2000iu vials)
PLEASE NOTE!! The dosing syringes that are being sent in these mixing kits as of late 2014 are a different size than most – please see my special tutorial for how to find the accurate dosing with these syringes.
For hCG Drops (that you mix yourself)
43 day round of hCG you need: 3 vials of 5000iu hCG + one 43 day sublingual mixing kit
23 day round of hCG you need: 2 vials of 5000iu hCG + one 23 day sublingual mixing kit
How Long Should You Do A Round of hCG For?
This question has a more in-depth answer that I haven’t written yet, but for now, a good rule of thumb is:
For women
More than 10 lbs to lose: 43 day round (or 40 day round, 6 weeks, whatever- there are varying lengths of time but all center right around 6 weeks)
Less than 10lbs to lose: 23 day round
For men
More than 20lbs to lose: 43 day round
Less than 20lbs to lose: 23 day round
These are not rules or guarantees that you will lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time. I can’t judge that in advance, and neither can you. This is just a basic guideline for how the majority do.
Which Brand of hCG Should You Buy?
I get this question all the time, as they carry 4 different brands of hormone. Honestly, I do not have a preference. I really don’t. I have used 5 different brands myself and they all worked perfectly fine- some of the brands I used aren’t even made anymore. So I’m really the wrong person to ask about this because I don’t think one is really better than another of these brands at this time.
Buying your hCG from Escrow Refills might be good for you if you:
- need the cheapest source of prescription hCG
- don’t mind ordering from overseas
- can pay with visa, mastercard, or western union
- don’t mind waiting a few weeks to receive your hCG
- you don’t live in Canada and a few other countries.

They have ripped me off twice, had to close and reopen accounts and the HCG is not HCG. Tested 3 vials and none tested positive.
Has anyone ordered from escrow and is now receiving strange calls from European numbers? I’m just kind of creeped out lol my payment went through and everything so there should be no reason to call me, right?
I receive calls from them every now and then where they ask me if I’d like to refill my order. I just politely decline and they stop calling. When I do order from them they tend to call me while the order is processing to make sure I was the one who made the purchase on my credit card.

Yes, I ordered from fastescrow on July 17th and received my order by July 24th. I was surprised I received it so fast.
Hi are you in the USA or elsewhere? Because I ordered from them on July 17, I was told my items were shipped on July 20 and all now no package has arrived to me. Up to today the tracking # they gave me is showing ‘not found’. I contacted them on July 28 and a rep. James told me not to worry I will get my package within 10 to 18 days from shipment, I contacted them again on August 8, this time another rep. Andrew told me he would contact the pharmacy and get back to me, because the tracking # still not working. Although I haven’t received my packages, if I was able to track them I would at least be more comfortable.
I eventually received my order and my weight loss has been going good so far. I started the loading phase on Sep. 3, at the of the two days load I was 184 lbs, today Step. 9 I am 177.6. I am very happy

Yes a few times and they have been very polite. They offer discounts also. I haven’t ordered this past year since I still have some boxes. I will soon though since my bac. water has expired and feel strange using it expired even though a pharmacist told me I could within 3 months after the expiration.

I guess they finally read all the posts on the Internet and have now clamped down on them like all the rest. They were the only affordable place left to order from. All the others are on the let’s make money bandwagon and charging ridiculous amounts for the inexpensive HCG. Guess Iwill have to call on Monday and get the scoop. If anyone else finds out what is going on please post for the rest of us.

What’s the difference in the Escrow Refills ampules & vials? I bought 5000iu ampules last time. Also, when I mixed it using your video (w/a total of 5ml bac water) it lasted 40 days & maybe even more. I wonder if I bought &/or mixed the wrong way. (I usually injected 125 or 130 ml on teeny-tiny insulin syringe.)

The only difference between vials and ampoules is they are different type of bottle- one has a rubber stopper (vial) and one is entirely glass with a stop you break the top off of (ampoules). I don’t have a brand preference for escrow- I used several brands of hCG in my own journey and I felt they all worked fine. The code is CID272860. Take care! – Rayzel

This page is confusing to me. The image above says in order to do a 23 day round, you need to purchase 1 vial of hcg, and one 23 day mixing kit from Escrow Refills. I’m entering day 16 and clearly the hcg left in the vial isn’t enough to complete this round and it took 3 weeks for me to get my order! I was able to fill 3 more syringes and the the vial is almost completely empty. I mixed the 1 vial of 5000 iu hcg with 5 ml of bacteriostatic water. Did I do something wrong since there’s not enough to last the round?
Hi @lauragardnertortorice:disqus how much hCG are you taking per day? 1 vial of 5000iu does indeed last more than 23 days in fact – the math is 5000iu/your hcg dosage = how many days it will last. Example – 5000iu/150ius per day = 33 days. Even at a higher dose which very few need, say 200ius, it would still last 25 days of injections. Perhaps you have been taking too much hCG? Or, it may look like it won’t last but it will- which is an often email I get- people are surprised it lasts. Anyway- if you are taking between the normal range of doses of hCG that people take on this diet, the vial would last.
Oh man! I don’t know what’s wrong! I’m taking 150 ius per day…15 units on the syringe and there’s no way it will make it. I can’t figure out what happened. *sigh*
The same thing happened for me. I ordered thru escrow refills and followed the mixing instructions from this site and after 43 days ended up using THREE vials of HCG. I took 150ius daily and a single vial only lasts 2 weeks.

Yes, you are correct. Those are the size syringes I was using my entire
round (Sept-Nov). I was taking 15 units and should have only been
taking 6, as you noted. I just started my new round this morning and
mixed according to your new recommendations of the 2:1 ratio. For my
43-day round I mixed 10 ml’s with one vial of HCG. So, my 150 iu’s dose
will consist of 12 units for my 43-day round. Do you think that may be
the reason I only lost 20 pounds my first 43-day round?
Hey @lauragardnertortorice:disqus – I figured out what happened! Without telling anyone, they started sending an entirely different type of syringe! Yes that’s exactly what ended up happening @lauragardnertortorice:disqus – it took me like an hour to figure out the new math lol – not my strong suit! Wish they would have told people they were changing what they sent. For next round, definitely read the bottom of that tutorial I linked to because it would be better to mix in a 2:1 ratio with these syringes because otherwise the dosage is VERY tiny as far as drawing it up in the syringe it seems.
I’ve been so excited to start this. When I finally found your site I was thrilled. I found everything I needed, got all the way to the end and my order wasn’t able to go through. Come to find out the card I had was only able to be used in the United States. To cut to the chase, does anyone know of an international debit card (visa) that I can purchase for this?

Oh dear I’m sorry @disqus_RsxxVYei86:disqus – most people only have regular credit cards and purchase things outside the U.S. – are you sure you can’t just call them to let them know you will be making such a purchase so that it goes through? I’ve had multiple cards and never run into this issue- I believe most credit card companies allow international purchases, so probably just about any other card you try to get should allow it- sorry that happened!

Hiya beverly! I wish I could say I know the quality of every hCG company out there but there are too many for me to investigate them all- I’m sorry! The only ones I feel comfortable trusting and recommending are the ones I mention here. I’m sure there are other possible good sources, I just check them all out.
I know this is pretty old, but thought I should chime in anyway. I used HCG1234 three years ago with great success. I lost 30 lbs in about 4 months and I was not super strict with my diet. A year later I gained it all back. This past April I tried an injection HCG and lost 12 lbs in 5 weeks. Here we are 3 months later and have been keeping it off. With the HCG1234 I was hungry most of the time. It was a bit of a struggle. With the injections, after the first 5-6 days, I had no problem with feeling hungry.
I want to lose another 10-15 but the company I bought from increased their price from $199 to $299. I just cannot afford that, so I am looking into getting Escrow’s.

Hey Synthia- it’s nice to meet you. 🙂 Most of the brands I used are no longer made, but I have used hucog which I believe they still carry. Both hucog and ovidac are pretty reliable brands that many people have used if that helps. Your welcome!
I am on Fast Escrow Refills website and they have so many to choose from. How do you know which one is best? I know you said you used hucog and ovidac, but the hucog is not on there and the ovidac does not look like it comes in the normal looking vial that is in your videos.

I just had a very lengthy conversation with Escrow and they explained they are just the sales end of it and have no ability to say how much HCG is in what you order. Each pellet is 500 Ui once a day underr the tounge. Thanks so much!! Very new to this. I hear people say the liquid works better but the mixing is something I have never done and really don’t want to if these work. My best friend is doing these as we but through her dr in Indianapolis and she has lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks and has zero hunger. Really appreciate the feedback.
Hey! Is your friend using the pellets too with same dose once a day? Or are her pellets smaller and more than 1x a day? I’m not too familiar with pellets yet- but it sounds like possibly maybe the dose is too high- can you possibly try breaking off part of the pellet or something to take less hCG? That’s the difficult thing with 1 pellet I guess- no way to efficiently change the dose. My hunch though is that it might be too much hCG- I’d try to break it up. You could probably dissolve the pellet in some water maybe- only as much water as is needed though and then test on a dollar store pregnancy test that has the well (not the stick people pee on- that takes too much hCG)- you would use the dropper it comes with to drop some of the dissolved hCG into the little well- I can’t gaurantee though that this will work- it’s just something you could try- if it was negative I wouldn’t take that to mean it is negative. I hope that helps! Let me know if taking a part of the pellet works okay?

Oh no! I’m sorry that really is awful. I wish I knew more what to tell you- I’m not nearly as familiar with rx pellets- they are fairly new to me. I really don’t think it’s the hCG- they have the highest standards- I’ve seen the all the lab testing, etc.- the guidelines in the U.S. for this sore of stuff is pretty strict- they can’t just make whatever they want or go halfway on quality. It’s possible that you don’t absorb the hCG orally very well- everyone is different- injections would be a more sure way to go in the future. I hope something comes to light….
