Asparagus Shrimp Soup Recipe for HCG – P2:
Ingredients:
Water
Asparagus
Shrimp and Shrimp skins/tails
Turmeric
Coriander
Salt
Miracle/Shirataki Noodles (optional)
Directions:
Simmered chopped asparagus in water, added turmeric, coriander, salt, and the shrimp tails until the asparagus was soft. Then removed the shrimp tails, and added the actual shrimp. Then blendered the whole thing with my immersion blender and added my miracle noodles (aka shirataki noodles).

Hi HCGers,
I am making this soup for first time. Day 2, yikes…not overly hungry which is good but feeling a little like this is going to be a long road.
So, shrimp and these noodles sound like a “steak” day already. Thanks for this site, it is certainly necessary if you are going to do this diet correctly….Will let you know how it goes, the cooking will keep me busy.

Hey @Mariesa Chavez – I think all I did was chop up 1 container of mushrooms with water and salt, my chicken or shrimp and the miracle noodles/shirataki noodles. That’s it! – Rayzel
