All I can say is this is really good!! And watch for the tip on how to spread out this icky gooey mess on your baking sheet because that really had me in a conundrum the first time I made it- it’s all about the smacking of the hand- you’ll see just watch!
Gluten Free Pizza
2 cups ground pumpkin seeds
2 cups ground roasted sesame seed (unsalted!)
1 cup flaxseed meal
1.5 tsp salt
4 Tbs Baking Powder
4 eggs, beaten till smooth
3 Tbs. oil of some kind (i used grapeseed)
1/2 cup water
Combine all ingredient in bowl and stir well. Put onto baking sheet and pound out the shape by smacking your hand on the dough- this will make it possible to spread the very sticky dough out without too much trouble. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Put on pizza toppings, then bake again at 450 this time for 10-15 minutes or until toppings look done and cheese is melted.
