Before my 5th round of the hCG Diet, I couldn’t do a kipping pull up. After R5, I can. Not just one either. I can do several in a row, and did as many as 33 kipping pull-ups in our recent WOD (workout of the day) at Crossfit. How is that possible?
I lost enough body fat while being on the HCG Injections, that basically overnight I am now strong enough to pull my own body weight up in this manner. I was just a little beside myself with excitement.
This is not the usual way a person gets strong enough to do this. Efficiency and effectiveness my friends. If you find a healthy way to achieve being more fit (which I believe this protocol is based on my results with it), why not do that?
