HCG Diet Recipe – 8 Calorie Lemon Slushy
This is delicious!!! But don’t take my word for it- go try it out yourself! It feels like your having dessert on the hCG diet when in reality, you are mostly just eating ice and water. It only has 8 calories and 2.5 grams of carbs. This is the ultimate guiltless dessert, and don’t be fooled- it really is delicious and quite filling (until the ice cubes melt in your stomach of course). 🙂
8 Calorie Lemon Slushy Recipe:
1 oz. Lemon juice (usually 1/2 lemon-1 lemon’s worth)
1/3 cup water
7-9 ice cubes
Stevia to taste (organic stevia is best most natural taste)
All you do is blender it up all together- the stevia in it is what will create the great thick, frothy texture. If you don’t use stevia the texture would not be nearly as pleasant. I know the recipe is so simple that it might be like, why are you making a recipe for that? But honestly, that’s the very reason I needed to make it! It had never occurred to me that i could make something tasty to eat that was so simple with only 2 ingredients aside from water until I was desperate for something “yummy” on p2 of the HCG Injections diet. So if it never occurred to me, maybe it’s never occurred to you either.
Move aside ice-cream!

I just tried this using all the same ingredients and a vitamix. It tastes great, but I didn’t get that nice texture. Can you tell me what speed you use and for how long-ish?

Yep, it’s yummy alright. Lemon juice or lemon slushy is the best thing next to water. Thanks for your hcg friendly infos. Your website is beautiful and pleasing to the eyes. 🙂

Yes! totally agree. I DO use coconut oil on my body as lotion during P2. But that is it! Thanks Rayzel, great info!
