This is Cristel, Rayzel’s assistant. Nice to meet you! 🙂
SP = strict protocol – the original ingredients Dr. Simeons dictated in his plan + a couple items we have all come to agree are SP like stevia and a little cocoa powder (a woman has GOT to have her chocolate).
AP = alternate protocol – additional ingredients that many hCG clinics across the nation and online hCGers are using with success on the diet now

MANY AP RECIPES CAN BE ADJUSTED TO BE SP with a simple swap – we notate this in the recipe wherever we can!
What’s most important is that you do the hCG protocol in the way you feel comfortable with.
