What I am trying to do lately is basically ask myself bigger questions and that makes me stop and do something different or make a different decision that I would have made.
Why do you fast? How that does help on hCG? Can you give info on fasting day?
First, I want to clarify that I am no longer with hCG. I finished my hCG over 4 1/2 years ago. So I utilized this intermittent fasting today as part of my maintenance.
I use intermittent fasting because it’s a very effective way of leaning out. Even maybe if I am eating well, if I’m in the mood to lose a little fat, you know, lean out – I may choose to do that on occasion. So for me, I only use intermittent fasting occasionally.
and by that I mean once or twice a month, on occasion I do it once a week. So it is very infrequent.
For me it’s an 18-24 hour fast. What this means is that I will not eat all day until dinner.
for fasting to really work and be effective, you need to make sure that you both drink enough water & get enough sleep. If you don’t do that, I found out that it’s gonna backfire.

As far as some do wonder about fasting while on hCG, to be honest, I did do it a couple of days in the past. I don’t think I would recommend that. I think you may lose some excess muscles if you fast on hCG. I could be wrong about that. Just to be honest, don’t know. Seems like a little more extreme. If you want to do it, proceed with caution.
