I hope you won’t get the impression that I think I’m all that when I post these videos. I really don’t! It’s just with so much flack that the hCG Diet gets for being a “starvation diet” and somehow super unhealthy, I feel like the longer I maintain my weight and the more capable and strong I become, the more that is a reflection of how hCG helped get me here and really proves all those notions dead wrong.
At the same time, I hope I can help inspire you guys still on your weight loss journey that this really does work if and when you are ready for it. I lost almost 2/3rds of the fat on my body with hCG– two thirds! That’s 2/3rds. Did I say two-3rds? I mean how is that possible people? Not that this has never been done with any other diet- certainly it has, but I am glad I chose this protocol for accomplishing this for me personally. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
And when you’re ready to move on to building muscle, man nothing seems to beat crossfit. I’d never in a million years do half the stuff I’m doing if I wasn’t there in that class group environment.
I’m wayyyy behind on creating my 1 year anniversary from hCG video- I guess because I want to make it awesome which means I then keep procrastinating on it. I completed round 5 of the protocol on November 2, 2012 which means it’s been officially 14 months now that I’ve been maintaining my 50lb weight loss and 18% bodyfat percent through clean eating (what IS clean eating really anyway? Let’s have a blogpost on that soon shall we?), a little intermittent fasting thrown in here and there, and Crossfit 3-4 times a week.
I love that bazarre look on my face in this one. I think I’ll say it’s easy when I can do it while smiling.
