This recipe can be used for phase 2 (P2)- the very low calorie portion of the HCG Injections, as long as you use P2 approved fruits.
And for Phase 3 (P3)- the no starch no sugar phase- if you are including some fruits during this phase (personal choice). The creamy taste is created from the certain texture that’s achieved by following the specific process (it’s simple promise!)

I’m confused… I thought that P2 only allowed 30 grams of carbs per day? I’m doing HCG 2.0, so maybe that’s the difference?
You can do this on p2 by freezing oranges. I use nutrbullet and quite a bit more water. It’s an amazing sorbet
can i use a nutribullet to get the same affect?:)
