Actually it’s a common mistake, but you only want to weigh yourself in the morning. If you simply drink a 16 oz. glass of water, you will weigh a pound more on the scale immediately. So with food and drink throughout the day and fluctuating fluid levels you will always weight several more lbs on the scale later in the day than in the morning.
So just weigh in the mornings only and stay off that scale otherwise so it doesn’t mess with your head!
