Generally females can expect to have a .5lb-.75 per day average of weightloss over the course of the length of their “round” (see acronyms for hcg diet for definition of a round). Does this mean that you will lose exactly .5 or .75 pounds per day, every day, while on the Hcg diet? Not quite. What this means is that some days you will lose 2 lbs, some days you will lose 1 lb, and some days you will lose nothing. You’ll have some .2’s and .4’s. But once you’ve completed your time on the Hcg diet, you’ll usually find that the total weightloss, averaged out, will equal somewhere between a half pound to three quarters of a pound per day. An example: If you lost 26 pounds in 40 days on the Hcg diet, that would be 26lbs/40days= .65, or a.65 pound per day average. Generally the more weight you need to lose, the higher your average will be at first. If you are 100 pounds overweight, you may very well actually reach the 1 lb/day average you’ve heard about your first time on the Hcg diet. As you shrink and are less overweight, your average will generally decrease. Example: I started Round 5 with probably only about 10-15lbs of excess fat, and my weightloss average for that round is .47lbs/day. My 1st round of Hcg when I was 60 pounds overweight, my weightloss average was .62/lbs per day.
