Essentially what I get out of it, and I do believe, is that the hCG hormone makes your body a lot more sensitive to fat – both getting out of your body and going in – so you lose fat more readily/faster on hCG than if you weren’t taking the hormone, but you also gain fat more readily/faster on the hormone.
The skin is actually the body’s largest organ and we can indeed absorb stuff into our system through our skin, so hCG seems to make it so you can actually absorb oils that can be stored as fat in your body. Basically I just mostly made sure my foundation/powder etc. was oil free. I didn’t sweat my mascara etc because there’s really hardly any contact there with the skin. I hope that helps!
