What Brand of hCG Do I Recommend?
I get this question a lot, and I’m just going to be perfectly honest- I have used 5 different brands of hCG myself in my 5 rounds of hCG, and guess what? They all worked perfectly fine. So I really don’t have a preference. I promise, I really don’t. Just make sure you purchase the real thing, RX hCG- that’s all that really matters. The 4 sources that I recommend I can vouch for as being real, high quality prescription hCG.
When working out would it be alright to add more protein to supplement instead of veggies?
When including exercise during Phase 2 of the hCG protocol, I would probably tend to suggest more that you keep your veggies in, and include additional calories in the form of protein as well to compensate and support your body doing that “extra” stuff.
