Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing Results
This. Is. Big. When got out of the hydrostatic body fat test tank after Round 3 of the weight loss protocol and the technician showed me the little printout, I could have screamed with delight. In just 1 round of the HCG Injections alone, 38 days long, I lost 7.5% bodyfat. My body fat percent went from 34.5 to 27%. This is huuugge. Usually it takes months just to move your body fat percent by 1 or 2 percent. Of the 22 pounds or so I lost, 17 pounds was fat and 4.8 was muscle. This is a fantastic ratio, especially for a woman, who did absolutely no exercise the entire time.
Hormone Injections do work. BUT at the same time, I do think you can do this protocol the wrong way and lose muscle that would have been better kept on your body. I think this because my first round of the protocol my body fat percent didn’t change at all even though I lost 27 lbs. Yeah 10 lbs of it was fat, but the other 17 lbs was muscle- ouch. Baaad ratio. It’s important to do the protocol diet in an informed, methodical manner, to ensure you get the right kind of results for a healthier body. Hey guys! HCGchica! I just want to make a really quick vlog. I had my hydrostatic body fat testing done a few days ago and I wanted to kinda give an in depth vlog talking about all the details but ended up being 19 minutes and then that’s how I have gotten around and trying to upload it and felt like I wanted to try and make it more concise.
I just wanna tell anyone who’s interested that I lost 7.5 percent body fat on just this last round. My 3rd round so basically out of my 21 pounds lost 17 of it was fat and 4.8 or something like that was a lean mass. Needless to say those results are absolutely amazing and I am very- I think you can tell cause I can’t stop smiling that I am really, really happy with that. So now I’m down to 27% body fat I started out at 34.5 body fat. I just want to let you guys know that. The protocol does work however I have come to believe that there is a wrong way and a right way to do the protocol because my first round I didn’t lose any body fat percent at all even though I lost fat I lost so much lean mass that my body fat percent didn’t change. I do think you can screw it up and I do think you can do it right. It’s important to lose fat if that’s what you wanna do it’s good to track different things so you can find out if you’re doing anything wrong.
That’s it! That’s what I’m gonna say tonight. I’m doing really good I’m actually doing a second steak day today after my first steak day. I’ve been trying to eat really good but I have just a gradual increase of .2 each day. I don’t really feel like eating too much necessarily I’ve been exercising everyday also but I think it’s hard to stabilize in your new weight so I’m doing another steak day today. I’m about to have my steak actually and it’s fine with me. I was hungrier today though and that’s for sure it wasn’t as easy as the first steak day but I was busy so that’s okay so today I was actually 125 even and after my steak day I was 124.2 so I’m hoping to get back down there tomorrow.
