This is a very appropriate “desperate in p3” recipe, or “making healthy dessert choices in p4” recipe. Sorry to burst your bubble but this will NEVER fly for eating in p2, I don’t care how rogue you are!
I’m afraid to even tell you the main ingredient because I feel like you might run from the computer screaming and never simply try out the recipe for yourself.
The main ingredient is…….toothpaste!!!
Just kidding. It’s Black Beans. That I’m not kidding about. I know. IT SOUNDS GROSS. I thought maybe I could calm you down a bit by throwing that toothpaste thing in there. But I promise you, it tastes nothing like beans when you’re done with it. It just tastes like moist chocolate cake.
I can’t take the credit for this recipe really- I’ve read of several other recipes like this online at different forums and blog sites- I don’t know who the original pairer (word?) of chocolate and beans is to tell you the truth- but whoever they are they should get a free Vitamix or something.
Please keep in mind that this isn’t technically allowed on phase 3 (p3) of the HCG Diet, BUT if you are seriously desperate, I would think this to be one of the better “cheat” choices over your parents’ 50th anniversary cake or something. Just sayin’- it happens right? Better to plan for the worst.
