HCG – Round 1 Load Day 2
Hi guys! It’s me again. We just finished our second loading day and it went a little easier than yesterday. It was a little easier to eat more. There’re still plenty of points throughout the day that I didn’t feel like eating so again it seems like guess that’s the hormone but I’m not sure. Anyway I’ll give you my official after loading weight tomorrow morning. As of the moment I weigh 174.8 which is about 3.4 pounds more than before loading but also it’s the evening so I’m not sure if I’ll weigh more or less tomorrow depending on, you know because I just had a big dinner recently. If that turns into more fat I may weigh more tomorrow or I may weigh less or the same since you weigh less in the morning than in the evening so we’ll see. But anyway it looks like about 3.4 pounds at the moment.

Anyway I’m looking forward to starting the VLCD tomorrow and at least for the first week I’m going to probably try to stick pretty closely to Dr. Simeons original protocol and then from there based on the results I’m getting I may decide to tweak it a little bit as some of you have. I do have like miracle noodles and some modified protocols that include more protein or slightly higher calories on certain days with workouts. My husband and I maybe trying that but for the first week we’re just gonna keep it simple and see how it goes and then we might try experimenting a little after that. I did have one thing I’m kind of a little concerned or worried about is why it is that some people doing the protocol especially women seem to lose very little in comparison to most people. It seems like a lot people I read you know lose 30-33.5 you know 25-33.5 pounds in a 40 day round. But then there’s some women that only lose like 15 and I don’t know why that is cause sometimes you know, you don’t get all the details when you read in the forums. I don’t know if their on homeopathic or prescription kind and I don’t know if that makes a difference. I don’t know, maybe it depends on maybe they don’t have as much abnormal fat to lose but I’m not aware of that. I’m not sure cause it seems like in the original protocol you’re not really supposed to use hardly any, I don’t even know like shampoo and deodorant and you know a lot of make-up and certain thing like that seems like were originally no-no’s but now they say oh it’s fine to do that. But it seems like a lot of people are not losing that much weight lately so I don’t know if there is any co-relation for that or not but it kinda makes me nervous and makes me wanna kind of eliminate everything just to be safe. I don’t know if anyone has any input out there on that like people who lost a good amount of weight but still used regular things like shampoo. I just kinda wondered what other peoples experiences have been cause I read a lot of good stuff and then lately they seemed to come across the more negative things and it didn’t seem like they lost a whole lot for all that went in to it. Either way I’ll be happy but it doesn’t sound like I really will be, does it! I do really like to lose like a good 25 pound, 30 pounds in this 40-day round I guess. But I guess I shouldn’t get my hopes up. So anyway if any of you have an input on that that would be great. I’m just excited to be starting the real thing tomorrow. I’m sick of eating and gaining weight. It’s scary to get purposefully gain weight, especially when it’s like 3 and a half pounds on 1 or 2 days that’s kind of makes you nervous when it’s your first round. But I’m trusting it so I will talk to you guys soon. Thanks a lot bye.
Wow- it’s so crazy to see my face now- how puffy it was. I don’t remember feeling that my face looked like that when I was in that body.
In this vlog I asked a question about how the majority of people doing the HCG protocol lose between 25-40 pounds on a long round (approximately 43 days long) but that there seemed to be some losing what seems like a relatively small amount of weight in comparison- ie. say 15 pounds during a long round. A year later, one thing I have learned is that weight loss does definitely slow as you get smaller, simply because you don’t have as much fat left to lose- however, even though the fat losses are less, they make just as big a difference in how your body actually looks at those smaller sizes. So as long as you are aware of what you are doing on the diet, there’s no need to worry- you will get to a healthy weight, but more importantly, a healthy body fat percent much more quickly with the use of HCG Injections as one of your tools.
