Storing HCG
Powdered, Unmixed hCG- how do I store it?
Unmixed hCG in powdered form can be stored at room temperature without problem. It doesn’t hurt though to keep it in the fridge if you choose, but it is not necessary to do this.
Mixed hCG- how do I store it?
Once you have mixed your hCG and it’s now a liquid, it’s important to keep it both refrigerated and away from the light. You can do this by wrapping your vial of hCG with foil. Take it out only to take your daily dose of hCG, then put it right back in the fridge.
Unopened Bacteriostatic Water- how should I store it?
Unopened bac water may be stored at room temperature with no problems.
Opened Bacteriostatic Water- how should I store it?
Once your bacteriostatic water has been opened and used to mix your hCG, the bottle of bac water that is left should be kept in the fridge. If you are doing a long round of 6 weeks (43 days or so), you will be using that same bottle of bac water again to remix your 2nd batch of hCG.
How long will mixed hcg stay “good” in the fridge?
Usually the potency of hCG will last between 3-4 weeks. You would notice if the potency had dropped too far to do what it should as your hunger levels would increase.
Since the original protocol had patients doing the hCG Diet in either 3 or 6 week rounds, it seems to work well to use one vial for 3-ish weeks, or remix a 2nd vial of hCG for the following 3 weeks to finish out a longer 6 week round.
Can you freeze the hCG to keep it longer?
People do this with success from what I’ve heard.
